Works OOTB
Beat whole game with zero issues

Game installs and plays ok, but the audio crackle and stretch makes it unplayable to me.

The audio crackles and stretches a lot, which makes the game really annoying to play.
Minor slowdowns at times.

A bit heavy on the GPU but you can play this on deck from my begginging of the game experience.
No AA, Native 800p, Limited to 30 FPS.
The outside area with rain effects was not able to hold 90fps, capped to 45 worked. But then inside with all the dynamic shadows and flash light lighting hit the deck even hard. Limited to 30fps after that. 40fps was not giving me the battery life I'd want for a slow Survival Horror game.

Works out of the box, completed a playthrough without any issues
Steam Deck/portable gamers be aware that the game (current launch day version) does not clearly highlight objects you can interact with. So it can be hard to spot items especially on small screens.
Works out of the box, even showing the right controller glyphs for my Dualsense gamepad.

Roaming areas with ran tank performance, turned resolution down to 800x600 for stabel 45fps
Run perfectly out of the box

Textures at High-Medium, Anti-Aliasing at 2x, V-Sync at Single Frame
Outside in heavy shadowed or rainy areas, FPS can drop. Increasing V-Sync helps
Starts right up on Steam Deck, and can run at a loose 60 FPS depending on environment. Have not progressed past first few areas, though so YMMV

Works out of the box!
