I've played this previously on 3DS and Switch; I don't recall having slow downs at night time change when the music changes to the new track on those devices, but I consistently get this slowdown on Steam Deck no matter where I am in the town when the clock ticks over to 21:00, to the point I feel like the game is in the process of crashing when its not.
Its odd that it has this slow down that I just do not recall on 3DS (native), Switch (Special was native), but given that on Windows it has a very slight pause, I'm chucking this slow down issue to the Steam Deck. It is extremely minor, but worth pointing out because the game is not crashing, and is extremely playable on Steam Deck with this minor issue.

Game now starts with Experimental, including videos

TDP 10W
No issues 9 hours in except that you have to touch the touchscreen to get the cursor in the box to type

TDP 4W
El juego es capaz de correr a 60 FPS estables incluso bajando el TDP a 4w con la configuracion grafica en lo mas alto posible.

Tried older Proton Versions, Proton GE, disabling VSYNC in the settings, changing resolution & quality settings. All leads to the same outcome. Crash after a few seconds. Config menu loads fine.

Works out of the box and runs flawlessly most scenarios despite my absolutely potato-like computer specs. Only stutters in intro scenes.
Character introduction screens only plays for a couple of frames before freezing while the audio continues on as normal.
Would absolutely recommend even if you are severely underspecced.
Worked right out of the gate.
Game runs flawlessly. None of the audio issues that others have reported previously.
some audio crackling
entering text for names was sometimes not possible
Works out of the box on install.
Aside the (at least for me) not working controller, everything runs perfectly out of the box.
Xbox Series X Controller isn't mapped correctly and as far as i tried can't be remapped, as some inputs are not recognized.
When you forget about the sound problems, either by ignoring it or it gets patched, everything works as expected out of the box.
When talking to one specific NPC the "talking" sound effect is broken and sounds like strong crackling. Everything else works and sounds perfect
Everything ran perfectly out of the box. Just set the Proton version, installed, and it worked!
Had no issues. A few framedrops when fighting but dipped to 45fps at worst but that could be due to my gpu not being that powerful.
Partial Controller Support so it's bound to have problems and they might not even be proton exclusive but here was my experience: My wired PS4 controller was mapped all over the place and if I opened my inventory it would rapidly switch between pages. The game's Configuration Tool has remapping but it's really janky so I tried Steam Controller Configuration and none of my changes had an effect. SOLUTION: Launching the game and then plugging in my controller will make it recognise my controller as "SDL Steam Virtual Gamepad" as opposed to "Sony Dualshock 4 V2" when I launch with it plugged in. Doing so and seeing the SDL Gamepad notification in the bottom right will make everything work perfectly.
Frame drops to 40fps sometimes with and without vsync
Worked out of the box
While the music is annoyingly broken, the actual game runs smooth on latest GE.
The audio is borked and crackles like crazy. But only the music. The sound effects seem to work unhindered.
