At 1st the controls are unresponsive, turns out it's because of the resolution not properly set (even the mouse pointer is not pointing to the correct part of the screen, impacting touch as well), I had to use a keyboard in desktop mode, press F11 to go windowed and set a resolution.
The mouse pointer disapears, not an issue in game but launching the game can be complicated without the touchscreen (docked scenario).
Butter smooth settings: internal resolution to 60%, mid texture, low shadows, force frame sync. Personal preference: limit to 45-50 FPS in Steam so that the OG Led SD fan doesn't make noise.
60% resolution, low shadows, mid texture, capped to 45-50 FPS
default fulscreen resolution is not defined, F11 to switch mode
Without setting the resolution the mouse pointer is not interracting with its supposed position. Pointer disappeared when controlling the mouse with the gamepad.
Completed game without issues

Everything works perfect, played from start to finish without any problems.

Switching the screen the game was on caused mouse inputs to still be considered on the original screen. Changing window type to non exclusive in game's settings fixed it.
Running the game on DX12 crashes, just pick the DX11 version from the Steam launch menu.
Steam Deck probably not the best way to experience this, but still playable if you don't mind 30-45fps after lowering your settings
No issues found
Works perfectly out of the box
I'm past the ending, still a ways to go, but the game is running flawlessly.
Played from beginning to end without a single issue.
Runs perfectly fine out of the box.
Put in 6 hours so far. Game works perfectly with no tweaks needed.

Runs great. No graphical or audio issues. Alt Tabbing does cause a crash, even in windowed mode.
Proton-7.0rc3-GE-1 GloriousEggroll
Game does crash when alt tabbing out of the game
Works out of the box.
Based a lot on the previous game so problems and solutions might transfer over.

Only tested the DEMO so far.
Fullscreen in 2560x1080 was less than 10FPS.
Watching a smoke makes the game run at less than 10 FPS
Changing to Window mode 1920x1080 and tweaking the graphical settings make the game run at 60FPS. But still, looking at smoke make frames drop to 10 or so.
