Nice metroidvania with humor in the dialogs! Very refreshing, the base abilities are not dash/double jump \o/
Freeze when exiting the game, apparently using a lot of ressources according to the fan noise. I was forced to forcefully close the game.
GoG version through Heroic launcher, the text size can be enhanced in game if needed, more a matter of preference than a readability issue. Very comfortable battery life without any modified setting.
Ingame objective tracking window font is a it small but readable
Main "hub" with lot of grass dips below 30fps even at reduced resolution (no FSR)
Free Game from Amazon, installed through Heroic but I couldn't launch it from there (white or black screen only). I manually added the game to Steam, forced proton experimental and it worked. Performance is not great but very much playable, it eats the battery though. Settings: 1152x720, Full Screen, VSync on, 30 FPS, low everything but mid anti-aliasing.
At 1st the controls are unresponsive, turns out it's because of the resolution not properly set (even the mouse pointer is not pointing to the correct part of the screen, impacting touch as well), I had to use a keyboard in desktop mode, press F11 to go windowed and set a resolution.
The mouse pointer disapears, not an issue in game but launching the game can be complicated without the touchscreen (docked scenario).
Butter smooth settings: internal resolution to 60%, mid texture, low shadows, force frame sync. Personal preference: limit to 45-50 FPS in Steam so that the OG Led SD fan doesn't make noise.
60% resolution, low shadows, mid texture, capped to 45-50 FPS
default fulscreen resolution is not defined, F11 to switch mode
Without setting the resolution the mouse pointer is not interracting with its supposed position. Pointer disappeared when controlling the mouse with the gamepad.
