Works the same as it does on Windows
So besides some smaller techical issues in-game, which also appear when running on Windows, the collection works just fine.

All good
I think I might've seen some subtle glitches but I'm not really sure if they were glitches so all good ig?

If you're a fan of any Telltale or David Cage games like Detroit Become Human and Heavy Rain, you will love this one.
Install VC 2019 Redist
Runs perfectly fine on Linux

Works great overall!
Very rarely i would hear a voiced line double. In the whole series maybe it happen 3 to 5 times, no big deal.
Shadows break in certain places. No big deal.

Just works as expected.

Almost no difference between Windows and Linux
in the final season parts where you have to kill walkers the mouse goes to my second monitor sometimes, even though it should be locked in
I've beaten all 5 games + DLC without much issue

Steam client crashes during shader compilation
Shader compilation takes more than an hour, then the Steam client crashes during the last 5%. Relaunching Steam and the game restarts shader compilation from scratch. Rince & repeat.

I basically dont see any difference with Linux or Windows in TWD other than very little microstutters because of the Vulkan shaders
audio fell of once or two times but only for a second

The game works fine and I loved it.
I played with controller and in some scenes of season 1 it was not working and I had to use the mouse
Lost my progress once so I had to replay the game. Be sure to backup your save folder as this game does not have Steam Cloud.
When finishing a season 2 chapter, the decisions screen didn't load any text so I was only able to see the percentage.
Play it, you won't notice any difference. What I noted here are minor things and the game is enjoyable despite them.

Funciona bem com as principais versões de proton, usei uma versão modificada criado por uma amigo.
versão da Epic Games jogado na Heroic Launcher
Versão da Epic Games jogando pela Heroic Launcher 2.6.1
gamemoderun %command%
Despite the game being locked to 60 FPS by default, forcing another 60 fps limit through goverlay (mangohud) fixed a persistent stutter. Don't ask me why.
Fantastic experience, with some minor mouse input lag
Every game felt like VSync was enabled
Plays exactly like it does on windows, with the main exception being some extra input lag with the mouse. It feels like VSync is on. However, this issue appears to be present across all Telltale games so far, it's not unique to this game.
The game doesn't launch on the newer proton versions. The most recent proton version that works is Proton 5.0-10
Haven't played the entire game, but season 1 is working very well
Mouse felt like VSYNC was enabled, despite all relevant options I could find turning VSYNC off
Works as native, use Proton 3.7-8.

Latest update DOES NOT WORK
used to work as native as of 2021-11-26, but now (as of 2021-11-27), it doesn't even launch. Using Proton Experimental, as well as Proton 6.3-8.

Runs well without tweaks besides the above issue, very good game especially with the new graphics :)
There is a bit of input lag (.25 - .5 sec maybe?) compared to Windows on the mouse movement, on clicks / keyboard it is not noticeable.
It runs but if you have low budget pc you will have some problems like me.
There are some flickering on background and black lines. Also if you set graphic to low some texture won't show up.
Game is lagging on windowed mode
I've already have 2 crashes in 6 hours of gameplay. I think it only occurs when you set graphic to high.
I played season1 episode1 a bit and it seems to be working.
Everything works except commentary videos
Developer commentary videos do not work
Game works out of the box with good performance. The commentary extras videos do not work (not with Proton-GE either). The reason appears to be that the videos are streamed from the internet.
