Runs great
Works perfectly fine out of the box
Completed without issues

In-game 30 FPS cap
Rare brief FPS drops during cutscenes

With the latest Intel Mesa drivers, or the latest Proton the game launches without issues
I've been trying to get this game (and many UE4 games) to launch without forcing DX12. So whether or not this was fixed from the graphics drivers or proton, it now runs perfectly.
Running in DX11 give the game effectivly double the performance on my throttled down laptop. I can run this game with
1920x1080 60% internal resolution High Grpahics Settings
I can get a solid 30FPS
However if I want 60FPS
1920x1080 75% Internal Resolution Medium-Low Settings
Do keep in mind I am running this on a Laptop with an iGPU so these number are fantastic.

Had an occasional stutter but I think that had more to do with the game than the hardware. Definitely a battery hog, though. I would've had to tweak some things if I'd ever been without a charger for more than 90 minutes.

Flatpak users beware, Level 2 is a nightmare on the Flatpak version of Steam
For whatever reason, Karate Downtown Bikini Bottom is a nightmare when running the Flatpak version of Steam due to frequent crashing, so much so that it is genuinely hard to progress at times. I have no idea why this happens, it doesn't occur at all on the native version of Steam and no other level exhibits this strange behaviour. All I can say is, thank god for autosaves.
I understand that the vast majority of people are NOT running Steam as a Flatpak, so this game can be comfortably recommended for most people thanks to its flawless performance and the fact you can just install and play with no tinkering necessary.

The Cosmic Shake is a linear version of Battle for Bikini Bottom, same gameplay and engine.
-dx12
For my hardware I can't play this game with dx11, but when I force dx12 it works
If the game crashes for you on startup, like it did for me. Update Lutris, DXVK, and your graphics drivers, then force DX12. The game will launch and run without issue. With the newest update of v1.3a and the adjustable graphics settings I was able to get this game to run at a stable 30-40 FPS on my iGPU.

3D Models Flickering
DXVK Doesn't work with Intel Iris Xe Graphics
The game was purchased through GOG and running via Lutris. Had to disable DXVK to even start the game. I presume that dedicated graphics cards will work better.
Perfect.
I 100% the entire game without noticing any issues, the game just worked. DualSense and Steam Controller worked as well.

Fullscreen 1280x800 was an inconsistent 50-60fps sometimes as low as 40 at bigger areas, and it was kind of noticeable, I lowered the resolution to the next lowest 16:10 option available and now it was a solid 60 with dips to 50 at larger areas. You can also customize it more with an edit to a conf file which I did not do.
YOINK
TDP 11W for smooth 60FPS, changing GPU clock kills FPS
Game runs at smooth 60FPS, I'm assuming game uses conf file like BFBB does for graphic settings. Game runs at about "19.1W" with TDP changed.

Works really great on Steam Deck.
What you can expect:
Native Resolution: Depending on the Area 50-60 FPS.
1600x900: I prefer this for docked play - AVG 45 FPS.
1920x1080: Locked 30FPS possible but it can dip below that.

Spung bob
A few glitches with the DoF and other very minor artifacts.
gamemoderun %command%
Checked proton in game properties, runs without flaws

mangohud MANGOHUD_CONFIG=fps_limit=144 %command%
Working great.
