Initial game launch menu does not load graphics (white box with blue text links) but once clicking "play", the game itself runs perfectly.

Surviving the Aftermath
To launch the game, close steam completely and run 'steam steam://run/684450' from terminal.
Significant Bugs:Yes
When first launching the game, in the main menu there is a pop-up for accepting the EULA. Clicking "Accept" did not close the menu, but all the menu buttons are accessible, so I could just click "New Game" and ignore the pop-up.
This game did not auto detect that I could install it with Proton, so before installing I had set the proton version (I am having success with 5.13-6).
