Ran like a dream
Unlike what is happening in the favelas, there was no problem running this Quake 2 fangame.
Ran like a charm.
It feels a little rough around the edges, with rather stiff UI and super rare non-translated notification/item (not sure if a bug or not), but super super fun to play, and ran with zero issues!
Running no forced Steam compatibility option, the game would run fine aside from being capped at 40fps. I had to use a custom Fallout76.ini and Fallout76Prefs.ini settings file to get it to work with an uncapped framerate and no other issues. I made a steam guide that includes my custom .ini settings: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3361856512
Without custom .ini settings, the game ran at a locked 40fps.
Microphone(Pulseaudio) could not be detected.
Microphone would not be detected by the game running without a forced compatibility layer, it would only come up as "(Option)(Option)(Option)(Option)(Option)....", enabling any old compatibility layer did fix it to detect my microphone.
Runs amazing, no issues.
The game doesn't support cloud saves, so if you wish to copy your save data across, you need to put both your SAVEX.Midnight and SETTINGS.midnight files into the games data folder, otherwise no issue at all.
Easy to get into but high skill cieling game.
Ran like a charm, no tinker needed. Do be aware though that the game lacks cloud save supports, so if you've played on a previous device you need to copy your save data from the "winsave" folder from the installation folder.
Ran out the box just fine, no tinkering required
Title, was just quick and play, super comfy to play. Supports cloud saves so no need to copy save files from device to device.
Reduced TDP down to 9W.
Overall great game, no major issues. There was a typo or two, and I don't think the water outside rendered when I could freely walk, but not sure whether that's game bug or a Proton issue.
Mic would not be detected, had to enable Steam Proton Experimental for it to kick in.
Mouse was very jittery when controller was plugged in.
Had some minor issues with mouse when controller was plugged in, forcing it into Proton Experimental fixed it for me, but otherwise no problems.
Game does not support cloud support so a little annoying having to copy my files from machine to machine.
