Can't get past login screen due to EAC

Logging in with or without steam, all sorts of different options. Could not get past login screen with error "Bad or Missing Configuration". Searched DDG and found that means EAC is not loading properly. Made sure that the easyanticheat_x64.so file was in the proper location. Would not work.
