None of the launcher's control options worked properly, so had to switch to "None" in the launcher and map to keyboard instead.
Launcher requires touch input.
Some UI elements look misaligned by a feew pixels (eg framerate counter) but otherwise nothing game-breaking.
None of the controller options in the game's launcher are mapped correctly, so you have to use "None" and map manually to a keyboard (arrows, z, x, c, left shift).
If fixes to how Steam Deck maps to XBox/PS controllers are implemented, it could fix the controls for this and a few other games I've tried.
Once you get past the first-load screen (and set your language options correctly), the game runs fine.

When the game is launched for the very first time, it displays an onboarding screen that requires keyboard input to pass. Once that is passed, however, it won't appear again.

Currently the game crashes at the first boss with a Windows library error, so while the game runs fine, it's not fully playable.
Had to remap the control to keyboard as gamepad control are not detected with Steam Deck.
