Quite stable, especially with gamemoderun. There are some issues with audio where it eventually stops after some time but restarting helps
gamemoderun %command%
Audio would randomly stop playing after a a few hours of playtime
Played about 11 hours and haven't encountered any bugs so far. The performance was a bit on the lower side without "gamemodrun" option but enabling that fixed performance issues. I have been getting around 60 FPS at 1440p at 144 Hz. Given my hardware, it's pretty decent.
The only issue is the audio where it would randomly stop working after some time (about an hour or two later) and the only fix I could have found is restarting the game.
It also feels like the game starts to lose it's smoothnes over long play sessions. I am not sure if this is due to the game or my hardware. I haven't done any tests because I need to play 3-4 hours straight to have that issue. So I'd call that a minor thing.
Installs fine, launcher starts with PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1, crashes immediately after launching the game
I have tried the following launch options:
- PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1
- PROTON_DISABLE_NVAPI=1
- PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1
- PROTON_NO_FSYNC=1
- PROTON_NO_D3D11=1
- PROTON_NO_D3D10=1
Without any of these, the launcher doesn't start. PROTON_USE_WINED3D helps with starting the launcher but the game immediately crashes upon launch. Steam logs show no errors. I tried the remaining launch options in isolation and in combination with others, but no luck.
I have also tried the older Proton versions as old as Proton 4.2-9. None of them worked either.
