black screen

i installed the game correctly. but when running the re2.exe file in order to play the game, it shows me only an black screen , and using my ram and cpu also for note. i tried many ways, many GE-proton versions, many non-ge-proton versions like expermintal, but failed with an black screen and cant play it :(

During the setup.exe process, the program began unpacking the game data but got stuck at 17.1%. Switching the Proton version from "proton9.0.4" to "proton experimental" resolved this issue. To achieve better performance, I switched again, this time using "GE-Proton9-27" with the launch option:
DXVKHUD=0 PROTONNO_ESYNC=1 gamemoderun %command%
