Impossible to launch the game with Steam menu, you have to use a script to launch the game.
Need this script to launch the game: https://git.sr.ht/~_dev_fra/hwrc-proton-launcher but don't forget to adapt it (from 169 to line 171) for a best Steam Launching detection. if ! [[ $(pgrep -c steam) -gt 0 ]]; then exit_now "ERROR: Is Steam running? Make sure to launch Steam first." fi
The game is crasing when exiting...
I don't understand why this game is not natively working on Linux...
Works fine, very playable but crash sometimes (when watching weapon demonstration video or when new monster discovered).
Best with High Resolution Texture.
Very playable (144 fps on menu but only around 48 fps in game). Very difficult to evaluate because it's running very well out of the box but I had sometime crash with my old NVidia 390.116 driver (when I tried to watch weapon video and when I discovered a new monster).
Sometimes, the game looks running after exiting it but I hope it's will be better than before my driver update!
Play on Linux is so excellent! With Proton, we could easily play some Windows Game on Linux!
I tested the game with graphics options set to "Ultra". The game loading is very slow but the game is working fine. Online playing without issue (but I had big lags on the first minutes).
Just "Excellent"!
The game is working fine without real issue but don't forget the game loading and the 3 first minutes of playing are very very slow.
