Renamed SkyrimSE.exe to SkyrimSELauncher (backed up original Launcher)

Worked fine on the computer directly without tinkering; but as I also use Remote Play to stream to my lounge room computer I had to play around a bit to get it working.

The issue I encountered with Remote Play was when it was adjusting resolution between the Launcher window and the Game (Fullscreen & Windowed) the video would desync (show the red connection icon) but audio and input would still work. By renaming the SkyrimSE.exe to SkyrimSELauncher.exe I was able to successfully stream the game via Remoteplay without any further tinkering.

Streaming from my other computer running Manjaro with a Mobile GTX1070 on the other hand worked fine - could be a Ubuntu / Debian thing only.
