Tinker Steps:Changed configuration
Changed in-game configuration to use an upscaler.
Changed engine.ini file to be able to play without letterbox bars.
Upscaler from game's graphics menu needed to properly play the game.
Locking to 30fps recommended.
Changing engine.ini file to play without letterbox format recommended too. Portable screen is small enough, don't need to lose a third of it to black bars.
