Quick Time Events involving the "E" key just straight up didn't work. It made getting grab a death sentence and the game unfun.

Changing resolution and full screen was glitch, caused crashes and for the game to get stuck in check low resolution it was hard to revert.

Any sort of video that played in game or during a cut seen was just the TV Error bars.
When focus was taken away from the game, it was often difficult to get it back, I would get stuck interacting with some object or stuck aim and need to click off the game, sometimes even type things in another application to get control back.
