Games do not start
I tried Sims 4, Sims 3 and Spore. None of them would start.
Despite the crashes, the time you get to play feels worth it. And you also get crashes in Windows, although maybe fewer.

Crashes every time I leave the performance settings. Other than that, it crashes at what feels like at least once per hour.

As soon as there are armies involved, specially after I join one, the game crashes way too often. It also crashes every time you exit the Settings page if you visited the Performance section, even if you did not change anything. Other than that, there are crashes at least every hour, which I find acceptable, but requires quicksaving often.
Slowness during scenes between games. Actual games play well.
On start, an InstallAnywhere dialog box pops up with a progress bar; on 100%, it closes and nothing else happens
The same was described 3 years ago by someone here (https://www.protondb.com/app/306130#QkHOtZqr1P). And I saw similar old posts from Windows users. No idea how it is that it works for other people.
I also tried Proton Experimenta, 8 and 7, none of them worked.
