Had to use keyboard to video settings to "target display" on my other monitor, then mouse began to work
Instability:Occasionally
Crashed at end of chapter 1, but game resumed at debrief properly upon reloading
Game was set to minimum low settings upon launch including 30 FPS limit and upscaling, instead of medium settings and native resolution.
