Runs OOTB, except ALT+TAB which doesn't work.

Works OOTB, requires some small tricks to make the game better.
Audio:Missing
With Proton 5.0-9, Mojave radio was not working. Switching to Proton 3.16-9 fixed this issue !
Graphics:Minor Artifacts
I disabled HDR and it was OK.
Windowing:Other, Switching
The game crashes on exit. Proton 3.16-9 fixed this issue. However, I still have the ALT+TAB problem.

Mouse acceleration was enabled. I disabled it with those settings in the Fallout_default.ini in the section [Controls]: fForegroundMouseAccelBase=0 fForegroundMouseAccelTop=0 fForegroundMouseBase=0 fForegroundMouseMult=0
