Fails to launch with various versions of Proton

Tried multiple configurations, such as -dx12, disabling Steam Cloud sharing, and using different Proton versions. Game was working fine on my NVIDIA RTX 2060, but completely fails to launch after I upgraded to an AMD Radeon RX 7900 GRE.

Likely will work perfectly out of the box. I initially was unable to get it running, but after I reset Steam and allowed it to update, it launched without issue.
