Appears to run fine, but no EAC support atm
Runs, and config menus all worked fine, but immediate disconnect when connecting to the servers due to "Cheating Detected". Assuming it is from lack of enabling EAC Linux support.

Logged audio errors during freezes, but no sounds/etc associated with the freeze. Freeze would last 2-3 seconds.
Quite a few stutters even after caching, primarily when browsing menus in game
First attempt gives network disconnect, seconda attempt worked.
The game seems close to working as it does under windows for me. Game stutters early due to texture caching, but once that is done it stabilizes a good bit. I did find a lot of short 2-3 second freezes, primarily when viewing the menus (settings, vendors, loadout, etc). Initially loading the game takes a painfully long time, and deploying takes 2 attempts every time as the first gets a network disconnect.
I also tried GE-Proton-8-32, Proton Experimental, Proton 9.0-1 with similar results.

Kudos to the dev team, as Patch 1 has made playing Gray Zone on Linux nearly 1 for 1 against Windows. The one thing still to solve is the launch delay, as right now it takes at least 10 minutes from clicking Play to arriving at the Deploy screen. Aside from that, the game matches windows performance on Linux with any proton I've tried from 9.0.1 to experimental and GE Proton worked well too.
