There are small text descriptions of abilities and tooltips
Some slowdown on initial map load that lasted a second or two when moving camera around. Did not last through the match and seemed to be isolated to first load. I used default controls and was able to play a match with no issues otherwise.

If the typical gamer likes strategy games. It so far is playing fine out of the box on steamdeck.
So far no issues in the tutorial. Booted up and asked for a login with an option to SKIP. Worked just fine and launched into the tutorial. Fully navigatable with the steam controls. Mouse and keyboard also worked. About 30 minutes so far.
