You need to take care of some launcher issues as documented in other reports. Also make sure DirectX is working.
Windowing:Size, Switching
Sometimes will fail to shut down properly. Need to open terminal and use "top" to find process in background and kill. Also, cannot press play after entering ID, Password, Security Token. Use "Enter" on keyboard. Both in Mint and Pop had these issues.
