Common graphical glitch when using Vulkan

This is multiplayer online game. Some lags, but that's my ISP not the game
Using vulkan gives better fps and performance, but introduce artifacts. Using DX11 lowers the fps slightly but not a single graphical glitch. Haven't tried DX12, though it is still listed as beta
