Launch Flags:Use Wine D3D
Game would not start otherwise - I would get a Unity error window with a red progress bar, then the game would exit and stop playing.
Graphics:Heavy Artifacts, Missing Textures
Completely missing background animations (all black) in battle and cutscenes. Basically unplayable.
Probably just a weird setup on my part - will continue tweaking and see where I get.

As others have mentioned, the intro video will just be a black screen. Spamming left click and ESC works well.
Windowing:Other
On a tiling WM (sway), the game automatically exits fullscreen when focus leaves and re-enters the window.
