I am not using the flatpak version of Steam so the crashes may be a nonissue there

I had constant random crashing, and I was unable to complete a single match. I had to do some extensive tinkering to prevent the game from crashing, but since then I havent had any crashes and this fix was about 3 months ago.

That alone didn't solve the problem for me. So I installed the Xanmod kernel, as well as the Kisak Mesa driver. I did these 2 changes at the same time so im unsure which one fixed the issue, but my guess is the updated Mesa was my solution.

I sometimes also have an issue with matchmaking that usually happens when I close the game by any means other than clicking quit to desktop. I cant remember the error code unfortunatley. The solution I have found is to verify your game files, and if that dosen't work a reinstall is likley required. I havent had this issue much lately but when I have a file verification fixed it. I've only had to reinstall 2 or 3 times and they were all fairly close to one another and was shortly after I solved my crashing issue. Oh, and my Steam overlay quit working for some reason. I havent felt like trying to figure that out yet.
