The top panel with indicators "wingpanel" is visible or the image is offset down by the size of the panel.

To fix the mouse lag, added "bBackgroundMouse=1" to the "[Controls]" in the config files Fallout4_Default.ini and Fallout4Prefs.ini.
Failed to return to full-screen mode (using Alt-Tab).
The drop in fps and jerking the camera.
Only one keyboard layout works. I have two: us & ru.

The camera jerked and twitched and micro stuttering with 60 fps.
Fixed it by set "Performance" in the "OpenGL settings" by "NVIDIA X Server Settings".
