The game runs "perfectly" fine when running proton 6.3-5 but when changing resolutions the game hard crashes.
Workaround: Rollback to 5.13-6 and change to the desired resolution then go back to 6.3-5.
Lag spikes when changing input commands (ex. already holding 'W', then releasing it)
Thanks to Gabe for the report, fixed all my problems (except Proton 7.0-5 was required else instant hard crash)

Go to [Steam install directory]/compatdata/377160/pfx/drive_c/users_steamuser/My Documents/My Games/Fallout4/Fallout4.ini and add a new line under [Controls] and add "bBackgroundMouse=1" (without quotes)
This causes MASSIVE improvements to FPS and FPS stability.
For me, when changing the in-game resolution I have to re-enter the options menu to get rid of the black bars (right and bottom sides)
The main problem with Monsters' Den: Godfall was the randomly generated maps were not loading probably (since the tutorial map was pre-made, static)
Only problem I faced was the first install and update part said 20GB needed with 5GB available. I used PROTON_SET_GAME_DRIVE=1 to fix the problem
