There was some sort of visual glitch at the end of the game where an NPC was flickering - nothing too major, since it didn't ruin any gameplay elements.

Works perfectly. The game might appear off-center in fullscreen mode, but it doesn't affect the gameplay and there's an easy fix for it.

As mentioned by others, the game isn't centered when in fullscreen mode. While there are ways to fix this as detailed in previous reviews, I found myself oddly preferring the off-center look and decided to keep it that way.
