Game will not launch, even though it's native...
gamemoderun %command%
This appears to be a bug. Hopefully Valve fixes their game soon.
Occasional crashes make you lose your progress.
The game crashes to desktop every 15 to 30 minutes on average.
With gamemode installed and a few launch options, the game seems very stable (no random crashes to desktop).
I basically installed gamemode and added the following launch options into Steam:
PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 gamemoderun %command% +r_renderapi 1 +com_skipIntroVideo 1 +com_skipKeyPressOnLoadScreens 1
I don't know exactly what fixes the random crashes, but it works.
I seem to be getting disconnects with Esync. I cannot confirm 100%.
The audio of Molag Bal before a dolmen boss seems to work half the times or so. I don't remember Windows having this issue but I may be wrong.
When logging in, your character will sometimes advance forward by himself until you stop him. It only seems to happen once a day at first login.
When teleporting to a wayshrine, there is an unexplained temporary FPS drop lasting 5 to 10 seconds. It's the only time there is a performance drop.
Random disconnects from the server happen from times to times, especially during group activities. I've just disabled Esync to see if it's the cause. I'll update this report if it works.
The game is perfectly playable right now if you don't do any group activities (group dungeons & PvP). You should open the recommended ports for ESO and Steam on your firewall & router and lower your MTU until you get no packet fragmentation (I use a MTU of 1476 instead of default 1500).

On my previous report, I stated that some audio was missing after dolmen fights. I tested the game in Windows today and I realized some audio is also missing on Linux when using different crafting tables. In other words, the same "blacksmithing" audio is used for all crafting tables.
As stated on last report: the character will advance forward by himself on first login.
As stated on my previous report, I tested with and without Esync yesterday, and it does not change anything. You will still get frequent disconnects when doing group activities (group dungeons and PvP). Basically, this is a deal breaker for the multiplayer aspect of the game.
If you do only solo questing, you will not face any issue. The game is 100% playable in that aspect.
The game works perfectly.
On first login, character still advances by itself.
My previous reports can be discarded. The disconnects seem to have been caused by hardware issues that have been fixed since.
