Tinker Steps:Switch to older version: 7.0-6
With the default version of Proton, I have to wait about a minute to get back to the library after choosing to quit the game.
Changing to 7.0-6 shortens the wait to about 5 seconds.

I previously wrote that if you don't change the version of Proton, it will take longer to finish the game, but now it works without any issues without you having to change anything.
