I used "PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% -dx11" to bypass the DX12 requirement.
You need to Disable Steam Input under the settings for the game in Steam (Controller tab), or you can't progress past the main menu

Played for ~30min, no issues encountered except a potential audio issue
Some audio may have been missing, such as music and sound effects for text. I was unable to determine if it was an intentional design decision or a bug.
Starting a new game on 6.3-8 causes a black screen freeze. Using Experimental, however, makes it possible to skip the intro video and play.
Game does not load on GE-Proton7-24, Proton Experimental, or Proton 7.0-3. Likely due to ring 0 anti-cheat being required.

Audio clipped noticeably.
Alt+Enter made the game full screen but it did not reach a 16:9 ratio and instead had large black bars on the sides of the screen as well as smaller screens on the top and bottom.

Game was blurry, keys were unreadable
Mouse controls were consistently aimed incorrectly
Runs great with a minor stutter. Gameplay video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-B2Rrn82mKQ
Game stuttered a bit when loading larger areas or sprinting, not sure if it is a Proton issue or something inherent to the game itself.
