The game crashes every hour or so. Otherwise there are no other issues.
Plays flawlessly
Works as good as it does on Windows. Played for over 15 hours without experiencing a single crash or bug. I highly recommend playing this game on Linux.
The game worked flawlessly on my laptop, did not experience a single glitch or error in the nearly 5 hours I played with a party of 4. Only nitpick I have is the game doesn't lock to 60 fps during very particle-heavy fights unlike it does on windows, which is normal considering my specs. I highly recommend playing this game on Linux for anyone having doubts about where to play it.
Game runs nearly 3 times faster on SteamPlay than it does using the native port but still lags behind Windows, running 10-15% slower. And for a game as badly optimized as Firewatch, I can't recommend playing it on Linux if you want to play it on ultra settings at 1080p.
