Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: Hotfix Proton

Took proton hotfix to get past opening cutscene otherwise its instantly crashes even without ray tracing at somepoint I just can't play it crashes at the same point every time so far

Ive got it to work so far with Proton Hotfix it seems to run fine now, as before something must've been messed up

Worked with no tinkering, For some reason there was a black screen with sound before the visual came on. Got 60 fps with no issue
