using proton_tkg_5.4.r10.g7c7868f4 as fund in here https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/3654 also added this to launch option +in_terminal 1 +com_skipIntroVideo 1 also commented this line "PROTON_NVAPI_DISABLE": "1" in this file user_settings.py of the custom proton directory

barley getting 60fps on low settings 1080p
the game return ERROR the operation failed because the user does not have permission to perform the operation and then close
Although cpu and gpu load are below 50%, fps didn't get higher than 90 fps in game with ultra settings, and sometimes I have some issues with sounds... I only have to symlink the gnutls lib to get rid of this famous error 103
runs really smoothly
in some maps fps can go as low as 120fps with the high presets on a 1080p display but mostly stay on the capped 144fps I have set (GPU load is allways below 45% and CPU load below 60%)

You don't need any special tweaks and once passed the initial compiling/caching for each shaders, the game runs butter smooth, you need a good amount of graphic memory thought, as it uses 7gig of vram on medium preset, you get stutters if you go above your hardware capabilities… I have played more than 400 hours with proton and the performance has only increased over time and now the game really deserve the platinum rank.

This game run flawlessly, fps caped @ 144, all settings to epic, there is a warning about EAC but I have been able to do ranked without issue, customs games works no problem. (using proton 4.2-5)
the game itself run great, you can do the situations without knowing its not running on Windows® but that about it… no multiplayer…

need to add /belaunch -be in the launch option to disable it, otherwise r6s doesn't start
