NVIDIA Optimus works fine with __NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1 __GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=nvidia %command%. FSR3 Frame Generation works with WINEDLLOVERRIDES="winmm=n,b" %command%. 70-80 FPS easily, 90 outside in low settings. Install corefonts with protontricks to avoid missing text.
