Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental
Changed steam proton version to experimental and ran perfectly, default proton version did not work.

After the Season 1 patch came out, the game crashed on launch. Searched for a resolution and found other adding the following to the launch options in steam which worked and also skips the stupid launcher.
