vsync is forced on by default, adding a dxvk.conf file with dxgi.syncInterval = 0 inside game directory disables it, but made my system freeze.
Using NVIDIA Optimus laptop. The game runs fine, only thing that bothered me was the minimal but noticeable input lag when playing. Input lag is not present when in the main menu and character selection screen

Your Desktop Environment matters. On GNOME Wayland I've had a very pleasant experience, on KDE Wayland, not so much with visual artifacts
