Tabbing out and back in makes it so that at worst you can't interact with the game anymore, or at best it starts to show keyboard control tooltips even when you have a controller connected.
Game starts at around 25FPS and remains there for about five minutes. Then it goes to 60FPS and remains there until I join an online lobby in which case it goes back to 25FPS and stays that way, making the game practically unplayable.
The game does not launch when using "gamemoderun". It shows the opening splash screen, followed by a white window that crashes after a few seconds.
From what I can tell from other people's reports, this seems to be affecting people using newer Intel CPUs (12th and 13th gen), so maybe wait with getting this game if you're using one of those.
