Secondary Launcher Problem:Yes
When trying to do a convoy (play online), the a xbox app pop-up should appear. That's not the case here (at least in game mode, I have not tried installing the xbox app and then playing on desktop mode).
The game works perfect, the multiplayer does not work as well though, as a pop-up that is needed to play with friends does not appear in game mode (you'll see when you try to do it).
