After enabling Glorious Eggroll's version of Proton 9-23, the game ran perfectly fine! Other versions of Proton were not able to display videos! I've also set MangoHud for limiting my FPS to 30.

Full game needs a patch as described by the fellow review below. Otherwise quite solid, if not for common stuttering when loading CGI elements. Since this got better after I had installed the game onto an SSD, I am fairly certain that is not to blame on Proton. Tested on my Steam Deck with Cachy OS installed!
