No issues at all, and the builtin modloader is incredibly handy and requires no external tinkering.
--skip-launcher
the skip-launcher opt is entirely not needed, I just personally hate it when games shove their own launcher inside of steam and actually respect larian's decision to give us an option to forsake it entirely.
The game works ootb, based devs enabled anticheat for Linux.
official and official community work perfectly. I don't know about community servers though as I don't play on them but I would consider it safe to assume they're fine from how good the main game runs.
There are literally no issues at all, the game works flawlessly.
multiplayer, creating servers and playing on servers works flawlessly without issue. The only issue I have is pressing my voice key crashes the game an d I'm unsure why. None of my other friends have this issue on Linux though, so I believe it's my own fault.
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="winmm,version=n,b" %command%
I had to use protontricks and winetricks to get required libs for mods, unmodded gameplay does not require these features.
My game is heavily modded, and I have no issues. I only had to use Protontricks and Winetricks to get certain DLL files and libraries for modloader support. If you don't intend to use mods, ignore the tinker steps - it'll run fine without them.
Nothing happens, I get a black screen and then the game closes itself.
I've heard that Bungie actively bans Linux users, so please test with caution.
Literally no issues, game works flawlessly OOTB
Title. Game is amazing and works as you'd expect out of the box.
No problems at all - game booted without issue, found a game without issue, and played without issue.
No issues at all, found a game in seconds and was playing flawlessly.
