Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental, Set launch options
PROTON_SET_GAME_DRIVE=1 DXVK_FRAME_RATE=280 %command%
Significant Bugs:Yes
I use custom NTFS drive locations to allow access on Windows. This game does not like long install paths and this leads to levels not ever loading properly. 'PROTON_SET_GAME_DRIVE=1' fixes that.
Just like on Windows, game is locked at 60fps by default. This causes a black screen on high refresh rate monitors. On linux the workaround is easier. 'DXVK_FRAME_RATE=280' fixes that issue for my 280Hz Monitor.
A typical gamer would possibly launch this game perfectly out of the box, if using 60Hz monitor and a default install folder.
