The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition
Without modifying the game's files, it is very enjoyable and perhaps even more stable than on Windows.
Tinker Steps:Changed configuration
All I did was add a .txt file in the game's folder to be used with the in-game "bat" console command and the FPS dropped to around 5-10
Graphics:Heavy Artifacts
Performance:Significant Performance Problems
5-10 FPS
Adding a single file to the game's folder reduced the FPS from the normal 60 FPS (Which is the optimum, because otherwise game elements break) and made it use 8GB RAM, and 90% of CPU.

Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: Hotfix
Major issues on native (For example opening inventory caused the game to freak out and just break) but runs just fine on proton without any issues/tinkering needed!
