Proton 7.0.6 launches into a server, switched to GE9.7 for better performance. Still massive stutters dipping from 90fps to 15fps.

Minor stutters here and there, usually in big areas with lots of gunfire.
Game works almost flawlessly now. 10/10 Would recommend to anyone wanting to give this game a try, or who are still dual booting to play this game.
