Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: GE-Proton10-9, Set launch options

Graphics:Minor Artifacts
Artifacts include squares popping in and out, and strong flashing lights in portions of the screen. These disappeared when the -dx11 launch option was used.
Game worked incredibly well right away with a standard Proton version and no launch options. No issues with anti-cheat or anything else that could be problematic. The tweaks were done to remove visual artifacts.
