In order to set the game as fullscreen or change the resolution once installed need to run
WINEPREFIX=~/.steam/steamapps/compatdata/1665460/pfx ~/.steam/steamapps/common/Proton\ -\ Experimental/files/bin/wine ~/.steam/steamapps/common/eFootball/Settings.exe
Adapt the proton's wine path according to your setup.
Windowing:Other
In order to switch to windowed / fullscreen mode, some manual operation is required. As settings can't be lunched from steam.
