Intel Arc A770 performance on Fire Strike Extreme benchmark significantly lower than on Windows. Not sure about
Most benchmarks are broken.
List of the ones that start:
- Fire Strike
- Night Raid
- DirectX Raytracing feature test
- Mesh Shader feature test
- PCI Express feature test
- VRS feature test
Works out-of-the-box on Intel Arc 770
Runs well even @ 4k on Arc 770
Tested on mesa v23.2.1 and v23.3.1
G29 racewheel works out-of-the-box as well. Put switch on the wheel to PS3 mode and invert axis for clutch, break and gas in ACC settings.

disabling lossless color compression using noccs solved it
30fps @ 4k. the game currently doesn't respect resolution settings and renders in native. I wasn't able to drop resolution to 1440p or 1080p
Give it a try if you are fine with 30fps. You can always request a refund from Steam

Performance hit is big compared to windows. On 16GB Arc 770 on High @ 1440p native I'm getting 40-50 fps while on windows it's roughly in the 70-100 range.
You'll need to tinker with game graphics settings little bit to get the best experience and try out different upscalers.
PS4 controller detection is flaky, but idk if it's my system or steam or the game itself.
Flawless on proton. Also, a good game
Works out of the box on Intel Arc A770
Not a single glitch from start to finish. I played @ 4k with fps limiter set to 65
I recommend proton over native, but it depends.
Native suffers from screen tearing and for some reason vsync can only be set to 30, 58, and 59, but not 60. Also gamma setting doens't work (moving the slider doesn't make a difference).
Proton version doesn't have those problems, but fps is locked at 60 even if I disable vsync.
Choose Proton-Hotfix in the Compatibility section.
I got no picture on Proton-9, Proton-GE, and Proton-Experimental.
Tried running with PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1, but got low FPS.
