Some areas produce what could be described as "sparkles," this often coincides with the previously mentioned frame drops.
Moving into new areas produces frame drops.
I've run into a quite a few bugs involving collisions and animations, though I'm doubtful it's because of Linux. I thought I'd mention it anyway, just in case it is.
I've actually done very little tinkering at the time of writing, other than the fact I'm running the Zen kernel and Glorious Eggroll. I've also tried Proton Experimental and it didn't make a difference.
I mean, I guess it's as good as a console experience. This ain't a console, though.
Audio stuttering, occasional glitches. GE fixes most of the audio problems.
Very minor artifacting.
Alt tab from fullscreen doesn't work so well. It's completely broken on KDE and has problems on Gnome.
Running the game Fullscreen might improve performance, but you might also be stuck using "Borderless Fullscreen" (which is still technically windowed), if you want to tab out.
Was dropping inputs like mad. Was showing up in the system logs and everything. Seems to be related to the CPU spikes.
Using GE, the recommended launch options and a bit of extra tweaking, Warframe still suffers from regular CPU spikes and issues that seem to be related to spot loading or maybe caching.
The prior I've verified with system monitors, frequent hitching coincides with sharp CPU spikes on a single core.
The latter is an educated guess. Much of the hitching will clear up after a period of playing a mission, but will return if loading into another, different mission.
nvtop was used to monitor the GPU. Neither the GPU or its RAM were being pushed to maximum. Reenforcing the idea it's the CPU choking.
For this reason and others, I'd consider it silver compatibility at best.
Game is stable with GE and the dummy xboxdrv setup.
DE, migrate the game to Vulkan already, and make an official Linux port. Stop playing around in Microsoft's sandbox. The XBox kids peed in it.
Extremely rare graphical artifacts, appearing to be related to some kind of transparency. Can be seen occasionally on the cone of corpus cameras, and specifically the Nami Solo Incarnon mode.
Warframe attempts to repeatedly rebuild the shader cache on launch. It's unpredictable if this happens, and how long it takes to do so. It can take a very long time.
May require editing firewall settings. Extremely smooth connection performance, providing the host's connection and PC is good.
It's not quite a Platiunum, but it is a solid Gold. DE has finally started acknowledging that Linux exists, thanks to the Steam Deck, and they are taking steps to aid compatibility.

I still suspect we will never see an honest effort to make it native compatible, though, as DE is a very corporate and authoritarian company. Linux is a bit too free for their tastes.
