Native version works perfect without any tinkering. Kudos to Paradox for making their games Linux Compatible.

Overall (online):Good
Multiplayer was a little buggy when joining, might be a Stellaris issue though not a Linux one
Saves in cloud work across Linux and Windows. On Gnome+Wayland, (very) rarely using the gnome task switcher leaves a black bar at the top of the game. Alt-tabing fixes it.
